Antony Bourdain

I love this man. I love the fact he is the only chef I know who can use the word "motherfucker" in a recipe. I love the attitude and the swagger. It's rare that a cookbook makes you laugh and this one had me giggling like a school boy looking up rude words in the dictionary. There's a great chapter on mise on place and the recipes are clear, direct and very much to point with the odd four letter word thrown in to keep potty-mouths like me entertained.
