Beetroot and Cumin Soup

You know how it is, you go away and come back all inspired to cook what you've been eating. Anyway, this is from a recipe in the Moro cookbook and added a touch of Iberian sunshine into a drab and rainy London evening. The beetroot is spiced with black cumin and a splash of vinegar and finally a drizzle of yoghurt. Oh yeah, sorry I've been so terrible about posting, you know how things can get crazy and food slips down the priority list. Tip top Barcelona food coming your way over the next couple of days.
