Science Fun with Veg

Thought I would share this picture with you. The girlfriend cooked it will apple and redcurrent and whilst she pottered in the kitchen with my copy of The Silver Spoon, I had fun making little cups of the red cabbage juice change colour with lime juice and bicarbonate of soda.
