This restaurant is probably deserving of virtually every single word that's been written about it. It's overly expensive, pretentious, overblown, vulgar, stunning, ridiculous, sexy and ultimately something quite sublime. I don't really know what else to say to be honest.

Did you have their mashed potatoes that everyone keeps raving about? Apparently the secret is that they beat in butter to the equivalent of 50% of the weight of the potatoes used in the mash. So 1 kilo of potatoes = 500 grams of butter. Wow...
P.S. He isn't that massive - you could probably give him a run for his money.
i am seething with jealousy right now. this very moment! you have reminded me it's time to set my goals for 2007. mashed potatoes here will at the top of the list.
