Rabbit Broth

Rabbit Broth

The word "broth" conjures up Scottish landladies to me, in fact it's hard not to say the word without adopting some sort of accent. Broth sounds so much better for you that mere "soup", broth fortifies the soul, steels the spirit and I can imagine Spitfire pilots hankering for a bowl of broth, but not for soup, it seems too rarefied, too genteel. Of course, the distinction is one that seems a little hazy. I suppose broth means a stock with the very same meat that made the stock in it. Is that right? I have no idea. Anyway, this broth was made from a grand collection of leftovers and frozen supplies. The whole rabbit was left over from Sunday, the chicken stock made a couple of weeks ago and frozen. Check out Mr Virtuous over here!

I hope, for your sake, the BunRabs don't notice this post.

Your image is missing something. One of those clip-on pair of rabbit ears for the bowl!

Sam's always looking out for us Bunrab's well being (and I know she'll have a vegan alternative due to her IMBB Vegan challenge.) In the meantime, I'll just limit myself to your world carrot museum link and pretend that none of my relations were involved in any of this preparation..

Chubby (yet not tasty)
