French Toast

That scene in Kramer vs Kramer came to mind when making french toast the other morning, so there was a a hint of melancholy as I cooked them in the pan. Well, for about 2 seconds then I remember it was Saturday morning, I had a days worth of football to listen to on the radio, the papers to read and the apartment to myself. Boy heaven.

I use a brioche loaf for my french toast, I like the denser texture and sweetness.
